Thank you to everyone who filled in a questionnaire to help us decide what skills and qualities we are looking for in a new Rector. It was very helpful to understand what members of our congregations and local communities value about the churches in the benefice. The working group managing the appointment of a new Rector is currently analysing the results in detail and will use the information to develop the Benefice Profile and the Statement of Needs - the employment pack for the role of Rector.
